ABOUT US

The Holy Spirit began putting on our heart the urge to help women in their walk with Christ in 2021.  Both of us could see the great importance of discipleship and the desperate need for it among women.  Women are the nurturers of the home, but sadly too often women tend  to care for everyone else but neglect themselves and in doing so they isolate. How can we be a a nurturer if  we are not staying close to our nurturer and continue to allow our spiritual tanks to remain empty?   

We saw  through our own struggles how vital it is to stay close to Jesus and to have a community of sisters in Christ for support.  We live in a world that wants us to conform to the ways of culture.    But we want to help women to grow in their walk with Jesus so they don't conform to culture and so God can continue to transform them by renewing their mind; then they can truly experience peace that surpasses all understanding and know his amazing and perfect will for them (Romans 12:2).   

Since women have a hard time disconnecting from the day to day without interruptions, we  knew  we had to offer something that took them away from the norm and the comfort of their home.  Something that would allow them to fully focus on God without interruptions.   Something like a retreat!  A place where they could be served and meet other sisters in Christ who are going through the same things and looking for the same reconnection to our beautiful Father in Heaven.  

So, in 2023 God gave us the green light and Recharge & Renew Ministry was born!
